科研人員利用改造皮膚細胞獲取iPS細胞
圣保羅大學醫(yī)療系的科研人員zui近取得了利用改造皮膚基因獲取誘導多功能干細胞（iPS細胞）的科研成果。
該項研究的目的是通過在成人細胞中植入基因以將成人細胞改造為iPS細胞。一些上的研究項目也曾使用過這種技術，但當進行過基因改造后的iPS細胞被植入動物體內后會導致腫瘤產生。
此次科研人員在研究過程中使用了SOX2、C-MYC和另一匿名基因修改人類成人皮膚細胞，成功將其改造成了iPS細胞，并避免了腫瘤的產生。目前該研究小組正在繼續(xù)努力以揭示出這些細胞擁有的其他特點以及其潛在的治療功能。
